The six steps to properly pour a Guinness

Step One: The glass

Start with a cool, clean, dry glass.

Hold at 45 degrees.

Step Three: The Pour

Pull tap forward until glass is 3/4 full.

Step Four: The Settle

Allow surge to settle.

Step Five: The Top Up

Fill beer proud of the rim, pushing tap right back.
